Our Process

Four steps, no surprises. You always know what is happening in your home and what it costs before we cut a tile.

  1. Step 1

    Tell us about the floor

Share the rooms, square footage, and photos through the assistant or by phone.

  2. Step 2

    On-site check & written scope

We measure, check the subfloor and moisture, and put the scope and materials in writing.

  3. Step 3

    Prep & protection

Furniture moved, old flooring removed, dust control and floor protection set up before cutting begins.

  4. Step 4

    Install & finish

Layout dry-run, tile or plank set, grout and trim finished, then a walkthrough with you before we clean up.
