Requests and bookings

Submitting details through the assistant is a request, not a confirmed appointment. A booking exists only when the assistant or our dispatcher confirms it. If the assistant fails to load or errors out, nothing was submitted — call (305) 360-0342.

Scope of work

Work outside the handyman scope, or work requiring a licensed specialty trade or permit, will be identified and referred rather than performed.
